Website Terms of Use

This agreement governs your access to and use of the Next Loop digital platform. By accessing this website, you agree to be bound by these terms regarding Intellectual Property, Account Security, and Acceptable Use.

1. Intellectual Property Rights

Next Loop Ltd is the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in our site and in the material published on it (including the "2026 Enterprise" interface design, grading taxonomy, and proprietary code).

  • License: You are granted a limited license to access and use the site for B2B procurement purposes only.
  • Restrictions: You must not use any part of the content on our site for commercial purposes without obtaining a license to do so from us.
  • Brand Protection: "Next Loop" and our logos are trade marks of Next Loop Ltd. You may not use them without written approval.

2. Account Security & Access

If you are provided with a user identification code, password, or any other piece of information as part of our security procedures, you must treat such information as confidential.

Account Suspension

We have the right to disable any user identification code or password, whether chosen by you or allocated by us, at any time, if in our reasonable opinion you have failed to comply with any of the provisions of these terms of use.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

When using our platform, you must not:

  • Scraping: Use any robot, spider, scraper, or other automated means to access the Service for any purpose (including price monitoring) without our express written permission.
  • Interference: Attempt to interfere with, compromise the system integrity or security, or decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running the Service.
  • Reverse Engineering: Decompile, reverse engineer, or disassemble any aspect of the platform.

4. Content Disclaimer (Invitation to Treat)

The content on our site is provided for general information only. It is not intended to amount to a binding offer to sell goods at a specific price.

Pricing Errors & Availability

While we make every effort to ensure accuracy, stock levels and prices shown on the website are indicative. A binding contract for the sale of goods is only formed when we issue a formal Invoice, as detailed in our Terms of Trade (available upon account approval).

5. Limitation of Liability

5.1 We do not guarantee that our site, or any content on it, will always be available or be uninterrupted. We may suspend or withdraw or restrict the availability of all or any part of our site for business and operational reasons.

5.2 To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all conditions, warranties, representations, or other terms which may apply to our site or any content on it, whether express or implied.

5.3 We will not be liable to you for any loss or damage, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, even if foreseeable, arising under or in connection with:

  • Use of, or inability to use, our site; or
  • Use of or reliance on any content displayed on our site.
