Sourcing FAQs

Can I select specific IMEIs from the list?

Accounts with "Selection Level" access can view the IMEI report pre-purchase. Basic accounts purchase by Grade quantity (e.g., "10x iPhone 13 Grade A").

What happens if a device fails audit?

If our pre-shipment audit detects a fault not matching the grade, we will swap the unit or issue an immediate credit note before shipping.

Do you provide images of every device?

We provide "Stock Photos" for the grade, but unique photos are only available for High Value items (>£800) upon request.
