Next Loop & Apple: The Gold Standard
From iPhone 12 to the latest 16 Pro Max, find out how we source, test, and grade the world's most popular smartphones. Strictly genuine parts and verified battery health.
The Apple Ecosystem
Apple devices remain the cornerstone of the secondary market. Their longevity, software support, and high residual value make them the perfect asset for refurbishment. At Next Loop, iPhones make up a significant portion of our portfolio, and we treat them with the specialist care they deserve.
Sourcing Integrity
We source Apple stock from diverse, legitimate channels including corporate trade-ins, carrier returns, and insurance buy-backs. Crucially, we do not deal in iCloud locked (FMI On) or lost/stolen devices. Every serial number is checked against the GSMA blacklist before it even enters our building.
Technical Validation
Our testing process for Apple devices is tailored to their specific hardware features:
1. Battery Health
We know that battery life is the #1 consumer complaint with used phones. We test every battery's maximum capacity.
- Grade A+: >90% Health
- Grade A/B: >80% Health
- Any device below 80% is flagged for battery replacement or sold as a specific lower grade.
2. Genuine Parts Check
Using software tools like PhoneCheck and 3uTools, we verify that the screen, battery, and camera modules are genuine. We place a high premium on "original parts" stock. If a part has been replaced with a non-genuine component, this is explicitly declared.
3. TrueTone & FaceID
We test every biometric sensor. FaceID failure is an instant fail for our retail-grade stock. We also verify TrueTone functionality to ensure the screen quality meets OEM standards.

We currently stock the full active lineup:
- Core Sellers: iPhone 12, 13, 14 (High volume, consistent demand).
- Premium: iPhone 15, 16 Pro Series (High margin, pristine condition).
